At Castors Pastures, we believe chicken should be just that - chicken.
Our birds are pasture-raised, soya-free, GM-free, antibiotic-free and chemical-free. We even filter their water to remove microplastics and chlorination.
The result?
One ingredient. Chicken, as it should be.
Alongside our chicken, we're proud to also offer free-range eggs, wild venison, and our own raw wildflower honey - all raised and produced right here on our pastures in Castor.

For a small farm like ours, this recognition is a reminder that slow, honest farming matters. Every early morning, every pasture rotation, every choice to raise birds properly - it all shows.

Straight from our hives here in Castor, foraged by our bees from the wildflowers & pasture blossoms across our fields & surrounding areas.

Golden, sweet and smooth with the taste of summer, our multi-floral blossom honey carries notes of the wildflowers and pasture plants across our fields, with a subtle, delicate hint of spearmint from the lime trees dotted around the village. A truly local flavour, shaped by the land it comes from.

Our chickens are raised in the rich pastures of Castor village, to free-range standards.
They are given a new piece of land everyday, ensuring they are given the highest quality of life.

We choose to supplement with organic feed for our chickens, to guarantee that they are nourished with the best ingredients, in addition to what they get from the pasture. These high standards of nutrition are reflected in the superior quality and taste of our chicken products.
